Warren Mendes is a South African-born chef and food presenter. He co-produces and hosts the food and travel series, Food Trail South Africa. Following his classical training at Le Cordon Bleu, Warren became the go-to for many of Australia’s most popular chefs, collaborating with, writing and testing recipes.

He was the Food Editor for Delicious magazine and makes frequent TV appearances as well as producing plenty of online content for himself and others. While no week is the same, Warren spends a lot of his time cooking and styling food as well as travel writing for various media platforms – essentially he found a way to get paid to eat. Warren has a real love for travel and through these experiences brings the flavours of the world to the home cook.
